The PARENT SOCIETY has a very important role in fulfilling the vision “To raise up Christ-like leaders who use their gifts and abilities to impact their community.” and mission “Medicine Hat Christian School inspires spiritual, academic and personal growth through Christ centered learning.” at Medicine Hat Christian School. We plan events to raise funds and organize events to build community within our school. With the funds raised we are able to purchase many “extras” for our classrooms, library, and sports teams. We also cover the cost for things like playground equipment and events like the Back to School BBQ and Grandparents’ & Friends’ Day. Committee members do not do all the work themselves for the special events. We simply do the planning and enlist many helping hands to carry out each event.
